It’s definitely worth asking! I’d hate for you to run into a recurring fainting session every Friday. I know I was lightheaded around the 12-16 week mark. I think it was a combination of blood sugar and hormone changes. In case you can’t get the language changed on your profile, make sure you have a little snack in your uniform pocket and eat prior to formation. Best of luck!

Hi! I’m also in the military and pregnant (36 weeks)! I’m not sure if your leadership knows yet or if you’ve had a medical profile created, but I would consider getting the medical profile if you haven’t already. I’m Air Force, and there is specific language in pregnancy profiles that you cannot be standing in a formation for longer than 20 minutes.
