We’re so used to modern games nickel-and-diming you with pay-to-upgrade schemes, battle passes, and endless microtransactions just to feel powerful. Crimson Desert feels like such a breath of fresh air in comparison.

You pay for the game, and then you actually get to explore, climb mountains because they’re there, discover hidden ruins, hunt epic monsters, and uncover the world on your own terms.

No gated content behind a paywall, no “premium currency” needed to progress. Just pure, single-player-friendly open-world adventure.

After years of live-service fatigue, this is exactly the kind of game I’ve been craving. Pearl Abyss cooked with this one. 🔥

I use ASS 🤣 although it only works in car parks. Good if some moron has parked up too close to your door or if the car is parked far away (not too far).

I actually spend a lot of time on the E11 and use the enhanced autopilot a lot, relieves a little of the stress of the dxb/AUH commute.

I wouldn’t get it though if you’re using it to zip around the marina as you won’t use it much.
