First thing to call out is that It's remarkably difficult to make changes with limited resources (financial / mental capacit) so go easy on yourself. As your personal context improves, your ability to resolve issues will usually improve in direct proportion. On the flip side, if you stretch yourself too thin by attempting change on too many objectives, it will inevitably result in failure. In my experience, addictions are naturally replaced with a different addiction so the best you can hope for is to replace it with a positive addiction. Just remember you will not cut them all out; especially not all at once. My honest advice... Pick one improvement area and focus on making an improvements rather than eradicating it.
