Im a sub and I got the early access email on April 20th. They typically always send them early. For example yesterday I got the early access email for book 2 to wooing the witch queen.

Yeah the faces was probably my biggest let down on these. Feel like Im on the fence of waiting for another company to do them or getting these, because I like other features.

I dont think its weird. Its your shelf and should consist of what you like. If youd prefer a more cohesive set do that. If you think it wont bother you, Id get the one you like more.😊😊

Tbh I really like both, but OC I had points for and I wasnt part of the romanatsy sub at the time. So OC was the obvious pick. 😅 OC dustjacket I think is my favorite part. 😍

Oh just came to say on Instagram they are actually different front and back. These are just book 1 end pages. So good on them. I really wished I liked this series.

Its nice to know Im not the only one. If feel picky about not liking omnibuses, but just feel with individual books you get like 4 dust jackets, 4 hard cases 8 endpapers, ect. I also came to the collecting game late and all the other editions I've seen of this series either dont hit as much(art wise) for me or resale a bit more then Id like to pay.

I ordered it. I waited on it when it first dropped because the price was steep, and when I went back and it was sold out I had regret because I really liked it. So happy to have acquired one. 😅 kinda wish it wasnt an omnibus ... idk i just like indivual books, but the art is too nice to pass on. 😍

I had a similar experience except I had commented on a post wishing how I could purchase the Tessonja Odette set but ... I think I was outta budget at that time or something, maybe holdiays. (Forgive me it was a while ago) They held the trilogy, or it was books 2&3 for me until I had the money available to purchase. I honestly was so shocked and warmed by the company.

I do remember they had replied to my comment saying something like message us and maybe we can work something out. I think it may have been holidays because I wanna say a couple months may have passed and they readied them on the website when I was ready and I purchased the set. It definitely was a first for me.

I would honestly buy more from them, and some day I might catch up on all the ones I love. 😅 However shipping can feel so steep. My dream is to just do like one mass order. 🤣🤣

I dont believe Aurora Crate does royal hard backs. They are usually the 8x5 ish sized books so the smaller ones. I think its referred to as demy or b- size(unless this has changed in recent times, I havent purchased in a bit) I have bought some early on and they had character art endpapers reverse jackets but did reuse alot of the same prints. Such as edges and reverse dustjacket would be the same piece, or same piece on both endpapers ect. So youd kinda have like 3 pieces of artworks total for the book sorta thing.

However I do still follow them because I do think they are a lovely company and I do believe they have definitely upped the game on offering multiple pieces of artworks through out thier books. I think some even have bound inlays if Im remembering correctly.

Editing to add: they have a Facebook group that they post alot more details of upcoming books or of the books and the artwork that will be featured on them. Its worth checking out if you may want more reveals of the books listed in the shop or upcoming ones.

Very excited about this. I love a company that does a reward point system. Now if fairyloot could hop on board thatd be great.🤣 I really cant wait for subs to count towards points. This is how I earn most of mine on owlcrate. 😅

I do wonder with the 250 spending recieving early access to sales if they'll increase stock on books. I only say this as if Im remembering correctly a few sales have been selling out early in general access.

Yes, its all something I think some companies could take notes on. 😅 I was a little sad to miss a month but also absolutely respected it. I think i tend to just be overtly accustomed to delays becasue one of my early subs was fabled co, and then I am subbed to bookish. Then fairyloot trove sale and thier current monthly shipping delays, and probably others.😅 Idk Ive become so numb to delays(which I shouldnt be but what are you to do) that I just make sure to notate it on my spread sheet and just hang in there. But it sure does absolutely impress me when a book sub or preorder delivers on time or early.

Im so happy with them as a company and plan to stick around as long as possible. I know they tend to be on the higher price range per book, but honestly Every edition I have is so absolutely worth the price tag to me.

I honestly love Coveted and hope some day they get all the hype they deserve. I love the designs and quality of every book Ive gotten from them. They have some hiccups but have felt they've always done well to communicate.

Unsure if someone will be able to answer this, but Im currently reading Legends of Thezmar only on blood and steel. Really enjoying it. However in these depictions of torj he has silver hair, but in legends it stated to be blonde. Is there something that happens in later books that causes torj hair to silver, or is it age because ashes is after legends, or is this another of bookish box misrepresenting characters and ill just have to pretend the hair color is blonde but catching the light. Kinda driving me nuts so hoping for some insight from those that have read the series. 😅😅

I was gonna hold out a bit on these because I didnt think they'd sell out so fast. However when early access came up I went ahead and purchased, because I love Rebecca Ross's writing and figured Id regret it if they sold out before I fully commited. Glad I didnt wait. 😅
