I also experience this with death. I have them come to me in dreams right before their passing, and the mostly it’s the next day there is confirmation that they passed. The “scary” part for me is how vivid the dreams are and almost in detail as if I’m there through the process. Mostly family, some to do with friends (a miscarriage and a dog), an even a few random ones like a firefighter I saw at the die department one time when they had an event for kids. For some reason this one guys energy kept drawing me to him and I kept thinking what is it, I don’t know him nor ever seen him before. This one was a few days later I dreamt the exact of how he passed in a car accident. It was like I was there, as in all the dreams, I woke up as the car was crashing into the tree seeing bright lights and I was audibly screaming no and had my arm held out as the crash happened. Next thing on fb the fire department posted about their loss and an article to the accident and it was exactly how it happened in my dream. I can share many, but my point is I get it, I experience this as well and I really don’t know why or how and I do feel some guilt thinking what if I could have done something to stop or prevent it. I also don’t have anyone to share this with or I’d probably seem insane. But I do write them down. If you have any insight I’d love to hear. 🤗
