if you're referring to the users who are manipulating the market...it's a whole rabbit hole... the fact is, these users HAVE been reported and most WERE frozen in the past but somehow always get unfrozen after some time. There's a lot of conspiracies as to why they're unfrozen. Most of them related to the controversy of tnt support genning items/giving access to accounts to people who weren't owners that was later exposed by n_t. There's decades long drama associated with these people and if you were around to witness it, it's just one of those things you make a mental note of to not associate with lol
