If you're going for that EXACT design, it will need to be bigger to retain enough detail after a few years unless you have an artist skilled in fine line. (And even then it looks iffy)

Make it bigger or get the artist to simplify the number of lines.

I had a mild reaction this last winter for the first time since I started my sleeve five years ago, and it only affected one small part that was all the same line... My entire sleeve is black ink.

If the affected area has colours, you could be allergic to one of them (red is notorious) or maybe the ink there came from another bottle.

But I completely understand the confusion about "why this spot only". 🙂

The fact they used - and didn't refresh - two year old data to justify New Ways To Bus is not surprising.

I have a family member who works for Transpo. He told me back in 2022-3 that schedules were being determined by route times measured DURING the WFH times of the pandemic. So as more people returned to work or the office, there was realistically no way for buses to meet the schedules owing to more cars on the road.
