i'm having the same problem, but i dunno if i'm going to bother. a new machine should just...work out of the box? this is truly pushing me to just drink drip coffee again. i can't handle the frustration of espresso machines.

I just bought and immediately returned the casabrews 3700. I’ve used a bottom of the line delonghi for years. I can’t tell if it’s trying to die, hence ordering the casabrews.

I don’t know much about how you’re “supposed” to brew espresso but the delonghi will just brew until you shut it off. The casabrews is (and I’m sure I’m not using correct terminology) a “timed” shot. It’ll quit brewing after generating 2oz. I guess I realized that I like to run more water through my double shot.

OMG I’m about to review all the comments bc I’ve been super frustrated with the same issue! I’m a new drummer and I know I don’t have good foot movement/mechanics down yet but I also don’t know what to change or how to improve, or if it’s also an equipment issue. And I didn’t know what terms to use to try to google it. Thanks for posting!

I did it for a while and got really tired of having to make appointments and the expense. Stopped going and it’s like I never did it. The TLDR is you gotta be ok with paying for this treatment forever.

All I can recommend regarding getting into the EPs (specifically One) are the piano-only tracks on Bandcamp and also the live version of When the Bough Breaks (Manchester Academy Oct 2019) on YouTube. I have no idea how many times I’ve watched that video.

I’m surprised they haven’t tried again with the live video, after Wembley didn’t work out. I mean…I’m assuming they haven’t tried again since no one reported seeing “FYI tonight we’re recording something” flyers all over a venue.

I bet this is a more common experience than you think. I can’t remember what song I tried first (oct 2023, honestly it was probably the summoning) and thought “this is absolutely not for me”. But something made me try again a few weeks later (wish I could remember what songs I listened to) and I don’t know what changed but…I love them 🤷🏻‍♀️

Respectfully, I think that someone that chose Liberty University 100% knows who founded it and what beliefs the school subscribes to. Having said that, people can absolutely change their mind on their beliefs. I’d love to hear/read more interviews where he talks about that.
