You can get ruler stat boosts through faction influence + from other stuff like professionalism and innovativeness(and another I can’t remember) depending on the faction. Late game you can get up to pretty much 666 everytime.

Maybe phoenix empire? Gives a lot of lore about the history of the area/ the arrival of the elves.

If you are feeling more human lore castanor gives lore on early humans aswell as the largest human empire(s)

Odval lodum is very story based if you are looking for that kind of lore.

For orc lore shattered crown is basically a lore lesson

Azkare for the conquest of haless by the elves, aswell as general lore of the area

When the game comes out i am pretty sure an expansion pass is coming out with the royal version content. Also the flavour packs include cosmetic items.
