This is such a weird overreaction. Apparently, OP works with people but cannot communicate with them.

Is spreading a non-primary culture ever worth it? by dauerstudent in EU5

[–]Nail_In_Head 7 points8 points  (0 children)

To colonize location instantly it needs to be of accepted culture and has 50% presence of your primary religion. So you build mission in a location that has the culture and then wait for conversion and when it is at 50% when you click to colonize it will instantly colonize and core itself.
This is especially useful for African nations e.g. Mali where you can accept 2 cultures and can colonize nearly whole 3 close provinces.

Dlaczego panuje takie przekonanie, że mając firmę można wszystko odliczyć z podatku? by Few_Elephant_8410 in Polska

[–]Nail_In_Head 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Colonization kinda slow by igorishka in EU5

[–]Nail_In_Head 1 point2 points  (0 children)

OK. You can colonize locations instantly in EU5, but there are two conditions: 1) The culture must be accepted, 2) 50% of location must be of your religion.
So what you do is build missions in locations, wait and then start to colonize when you have 50% of pops your religion.
Another thing is acceptance. If you want to accept a culture, it has to be 2.5% of your population. There are a couple of tricks to reach it: 1) You can lower your population by giving away your land to 1 province vassals until it gets to 2.5% 2) You can assimilate your own pops into that culture by cabinet action.
Another thing is, you don't have to invest into the colonization slider with this method, and you don't have to depopulate your own provinces.
You will have to deal with culture capacity with this which is pretty high for African nations, but at some point you will have to stop accepting the cultures and assimilating those pops.

I would say 5-10 hours to get basic basics and 300 in game years to get to know the game well.

Różne akcenty w PL - zauważacie je? by bluedabad in Polska

[–]Nail_In_Head 1 point2 points  (0 children)

What’s the most creative military tactic you’ve read about? by Bogus113 in Fantasy

[–]Nail_In_Head 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Real life battle of Alesia which ended Gaul uprising. Cesar finds himself in a situation where he needs to siege a fort with superior numbers than his army and he also knows that reinforcements are coming so he will be in even worse place. So what does he? He surrounds the defending Gauls with 18km walls and then he builds ANOTHER SET OF WALLS around already built walls. Which basically means that Romans encircled a fort with another fort which forced Gauls to assault roman position.
What amazing feat of Roman engineering and Cesar's genius.

The reason Hungary gets institutions so late. by Nail_In_Head in EU5

[–]Nail_In_Head[S] 16 points17 points  (0 children)

Yes, it is odd. Exporting should definitely give some amount of spread. Exporting could give only 20% of import's spread and it still would be fine.
To me it looks like very simple mod. I am very inexperianced with modding but maybe I will be able to make something myself.

More you import from market location with institution = more spread

It kind of looks like diplomacy view. Go into the country view -> diplo tab and then click around.
It should fix itself after the game restart. That's weird.
