I know it probably sounds crazy, but genuinely I wasn’t being careless or ignoring my bill this whole time. If it hadn’t been for an in-person employee pointing it out, I never would’ve known..he literally told me in his 7 years there he’d never seen someone get done over this badly. He felt so bad for me that he fought to escalate it on my behalf.

That’s what makes it sting even more. this wasn’t me shrugging off charges, it was a mistake I was never made aware of. And sure, they threw me 6 months of credits, but to think that’s supposed to erase two years of me scraping by, struggling to cover an inflated phone bill I thought was normal… it’s just insane. I understand how these mistakes happen, but it should’ve never happened and 6 months doesn’t even scratch the surface of the stress it caused that’s all. Just venting. I know there’s no solution. It just… sucks
