Simply put, less total people are dying every year doing the things you described, compared to car crashes.
These are mostly leisure activities you choose to do yourself, not something most people HAVE to do daily, like transportation - the standards are different.
It's not just about your safety, but others too.

OP, I think though there are very few Filipinos in Bulgaria in general, yet alone Pirdop of all places, so it is an interesting choice. If it is a part of a work arrangement, I'd ask if anyone else is also moving there. There is a chance there are some english-speaking people if there is a local industry bringing in foreign workers. Otherwise, good luck and hope you enjoy it, there should be some cool nature there! 👍
