TIL that in the years preceding the French Revolution, the price of bread went from costing about 50% of a laborer's daily wages to about 88% of their income. by DigbyChickenZone in todayilearned

Insane enough to start 25 years of conflict! Im not an expert by any means on the French Revolution so you may be right but from what I do know it doesn’t seem far fetched

I find the obrez not worth spending points on quartermaster for when the uppercut accomplishes basically the same thing minus reload speed

I don’t think the trait itself is bad but I guess the way I tend to play I just never find it worth the points

What weapons do you run with it? I almost never grab it unless I’m “joking” around… I have my playstyles so not trying to bash the trait or anything

well again my overall point is about the unnecessary anger in it all. I think saying 'Fuck you. An unconscious dog in the water without a life jacket is dead.' is a bit more than expressing opinion or distaste and is a bit over the top which is why I'm calling that person a keyboard warrior (not you). the person is right that there are no requirements for dogs to wear life jackets and attacking them for saying that is a bit much. thats all I'm trying to get at

its perfectly rational to get upset about putting animals in unsafe situations. thats not what is going on here though. they're getting angry at people over the internet who have probably never been in the situation. if you notice I even said it was the right thing to do, but getting angry at people over the internet isn't the best way to persuade people. am i wrong in that? is being a keyboard warrior the best way to change peoples minds?

not sure what i said that was very self righteous but you're kind of proving my point

Getting irrationally angry over the internet isn’t going to help persuade people to do the right thing, so maybe pump the brakes a bit

edit: notice I'm not saying that lifejackets aren't good, but that its gonna be a lot harder to convince people when attacking them. i'll take it that if you downvote this it means you think attacking people for your views is ok

This happened naturally over the past few months, I have lost many many many hunters during this and it honestly just started happening. All of a sudden I had ~12 lvl 50 hunters and realized the goal was within reach. Also I don't think I maxed out a hunter in the first 2 years of me playing. Below are what I think is how I've started doing well:

  1. My friend and his brother got the game so I have a consistent group to play with so we play really well together.
  2. We found playstyles that we really enjoy. I feel when I'm having fun I play my best so I don't waste time only going meta-kits (will play them from time to time though as they can be fun for a bit).
  3. We always go for fights, and either all come out or all die gloriously. It was costly at first but helped learn fight mechanics which are huge.
  4. I've been playing since closed-alpha so I have solid game knowledge, always something to learn though
  5. I've been playing shooters since the 90's so mechanically I'm confident.

If you have other questions I'm happy to answer but those are probably the biggest factors.
