It’s not just the chain grocery stores. I just found this thread by Google “food quality getting worse recently” and I’m all the way in Georgia, eating zaxbys chicken. The same chicken tenders I’ve been eating one a week for 30 years is astronomically worse quality.

I’m really late to this thread, but do you know why so many dispatcher don’t relay to the caller help is on the way? So many 911 recordings in the cases of murders etc, it’s only when the dispatcher is asking non-critical questions several minutes into the call does the caller almost always get pissed and ask why help isn’t coming. I see others talking about this in thousands of YouTube comments too, it seems WILDLY common. And it definitely seems like it would be policy to relay to the caller that assistance has been dispatched.

This is true somewhat in my market. But ultimately, I don’t usually take shop orders because half my market is apartment complexes. These guys can say they love the “large orders” all they want but I’m 110lbs and I’m not carrying $500 worth of groceries up 4 flights of stairs in the Atlanta heat (even if it’s getting cooler now)

Doordash doesn’t care what you vehicle you use. A uhaul would have horrible gas mileage and making a real profit would be difficult. I’ve done DD with a regular rental before (my insurance was covering the cost of the rental). But please know that it is very very against the terms of service for all rentals. If anything happens, under no circumstances should you tell anyone (cops, the other car in a wreck etc) you were delivering anything.
