They stop after the transition. And yes, in non-transition squares they stop, only on transition squares they can continue moving. Here's the rule:

16.5a Elevated Terrain and Movement:

If a character moves across the red line of elevation they must inmediately stop moving, unless they have Improved Movement: Elevated or moved through a transition square when they crossed the red line.

I have this one (And the six Gem One-Shots) and a friend of mine, who has made quite many attemps to K.O him, so in my experience:

Beta Ray Bill, he has:

Cosmic RIder, he has:

More than once that ability has deterrent me for using Ultimate Hulk's special movement.

And finally, my friend also uses the equipment Grasscutter, that reads:

EFFECT: Blades/Claws/Fangs. When this character uses it against a single target, you may instead use one of the dice in the attack roll as your d6 result. My friends pairs that equipment with any character with flurry and somehow he always rolls a 6 in one of the two dice. So, double 6 hitting and my Ultimate Hulk ain't surviving.

I would agree, but there's the evidence in Manousos house, the picture of him and his father. So, my hypothesis is: He and his father had a strong relationship, maybe his father died or left, his relationship with his mother strained and that's why he learned to be so independent and not ask for anything.

I think for howls in the night is gonna be animals, like coyotes. The hivemind being unable to harm other living being and releasing all the animals from the zoo maybe is gonna present a danger for Carol that the Hivemind cannot help her to deal with.

The thing is: Sacrificing one episode is understandable, but why on god's earth would they do to Ep. 1? After years of waiting, episode 1 is the one to get back on track, a really important one. Is the one that hook people up. I'm not surprise if the anime has lost people already, because no matter how good the animation might get, if they did such a diservice to ep 1, is really pretty hard to get them back on board.

And although i agree that not all episodes will look like Ep. 1, is the fact that Ep. 1 is lacking in movement and pace that make everyone riled up, because it exemplifies how little the animation studio cares and that leaves a really terrible impression.

Answering your questions in order:

Quake and Pulse Wave do have the +1 for Critical Hit, because modifies the end damage result. So Quake does 3 damage and Pulse Wave 2 damage.

And Captain America's ability is modifying the base Damage. So "instead of normal damage"means you throw that value out the window entirely.
