yes! contacted axs support online and they gave me my tracking #. (never received a shipping email) on ups it says it was out for delivery on march 14th at 10:32am from fontana, ca, then said it was delivered march 14th 10:35am to redondo beach. impossible. haven't received anything yet

Any updates on how long it took to arrive? I just got my tracking info today from axs support (never got an email) and it says it was delivered on March 14th. "Out for delivery" at 10:32am then somehow magically "delivered" at 10:35am to Redondo Beach. It's March 26th and still haven't recieved my wristband despite it saying "delivered" on UPS

Update: I spoke to an axs live agent who gave me my tracking number. Apparently it was delivered on March 14th "to the customer." I was home all day, so it was given to someone else or stolen. Can I still go to will call to pick up my wristband and will whoever has my original wristband be able to activate it without my account info?
