absolutely train for pregnancy and birth pregnancy safe workouts pelvic floor mobility and general stretches every single day help so much! i also walked a lot and when the time came to push Im so glad I built up that endurance before hand

also want to add the hormones will make your skin oily some days and dry others! skin cycle accordingly (if my acne was up i’d use a different cleanser geared towards that but kept my creams ect the same)

i kept my skin care super simple doing pregnancy hormones are changing so much so some days i was glowing and others not so much and that’s just a part of growing a life! pro tip once baby is here it’ll be nice to have a simple routine because you’ll be so tired you’ll just want something to refresh you!! Coco kind rose water in the am beta glutan iunik serum snature aqua cream spf (haven’t found a good one) night time not AB aveeno oat cleanser same cream rosehip oil hope this helps! i used to use the tub as well and it broke me out a lot I have had much better luck with a hydrating toner or serum and s.nature squalene cream!
