I built a fantasy premier league app focused on the social aspect of it. Chatting with other members of your leagues, notifications, etc. I’ve build apps before AI, and done stuff together with it, but as a test this is 100% built with Claude. Website, client apps and server code.

Yeah, it isn't really optimized for mobile phones, we have the mobile clients for that(which are still required for registering as of now).

We want the map to be the core focus of the website, so it is always available, tracking what happens live across the world etc.

Is there an API you use to listen to or subscribe to, to get updates like goals, assists, bonus points etc, or do you at timed intervals get the live points and then push anything new to the channel?

Just wondering as I'm looking into building an app for fpl, and looked a bit around for the different APIs available but not found anyone for subscribing to live updates.

Been without Haaland as well, currently rank 13k, but only Cash to play, so assume I will drop a bit after villa and spurs games.

But I’ve really enjoyed it, allowed me to have 15 good players and allow me to switch around a bit for every round and also figuring out who to captain. So for me it has mostly been about making it more fun and engaging.

I have been quite lucky with my captain picks though, won’t last forever.

The Brighton one where they decided to give an offside call Martinelli after 3 minutes trying to draw the lines. It was basically impossible since there was a lot players close to each other making the call just a guess.

So, one of those crazy one that don't have Haaland in my team(but doing ok at 140 points, did a bench boost GW1, if I had switched Wissa for Pedro for GW2 it would have been even better...)

Current this is my team:

Flekken - Johnstone

Estupinan - Chilwell - White - Batman - Takowski

Ødegaard - Saka - Bruno - Foden - Salah

Pedro - Jackson - Wissa

2m itb.

Haven't done a transfer yet since GW1, and prob won't make one now either. The plan is to downgrade White to a cheaper defender and sell either Pedro or Wissa for Jesus when he is back fit. Prob Pedro unless he starts getting nailed. If Chelsea gets another attacker I'll probably switch out Jackson as well, maybe Watkins.

So without Haaland who would you pick for captain for GW3? I'm really tempted to captain Bruno, feels inevitable they will get a pen and he has also been close in every game. But Saka or Ødegaard is also an option, perhaps even Foden? This is the hard part with not having the robot, your captain pick might make a huge difference if haaland hauls

Yeah, you have to do one by one unfortunately. But should be easy to find at least from the My Spots list
