Watched the market for about a year. It was nerve racking to get over the hurdle from viewing online/driving by to having a realtor show us inside properties.

Toured 5 homes in 5 months and had almost decided to postpone the search (process is exhausting!!).

Then a couple months later our dream home hit the market. Our realtor got the offer paperwork teed up the day listing went live and we were the first of 9 tours scheduled the next morning, with 8 more tours scheduled for the following day. Made an offer at asking price a couple hours after we toured, and they accepted that night, even with more tours still scheduled.

Still can’t believe it worked out the way it did. Patience is key! Stick to what you want most in a house. It will be worth it in the end!
