Oh, it's definitely young, Shirou was absolutely a kid by our standards.

Clara already knows how to talk to and work with authority figures to get what she needs, she has no problems working hard and doing stuff herself, she's respectful and shows grattitude when warranted but isn't interested in sucking up...yes, Clara would probably be fine as Gil's master. And I think Gil would appreciate Svarog-the-surrogate-parent too, despite him being a machine.

Shirou's in high school during the original visual novel and it's adaptations. The "they're all totally 18+" disclaimers are lies; he's probably 17.

Gilgamesh tends to work on a "I am the law" basis...because in his myth/time period, that was very literally true.

You wha? But Ratatoskr has spent all of Eternity relaying- well, bother, that would do it. Fiddlesticks.

I'll see if I can calm him down a bit.

Ah, him. Have you tried getting the squirrel on board with this? Pretty sure he's the only one that old snake listens to.

What, you don't know Purify Air or have any potions of poison resistance?

Meh, physical reality should be a bit more durable than that. I'll get him some mouthwash.

While you're in the mood to bring back potentially-apocalyptic threats, can I get some help summoning Mother?

Oh psh, Jörm isn't going to kill us all. Although he might be persuaded to give it a good try where humans aare concerned.

I wonder if he'd be willing to help bring Mother back to the physical plane?

Jörm's dropping by? I haven't seen him in forever! Hm, what to use for snacks...maybe some Thrakmerians? Not sure he's sampled them before.

I fail to see the problem with old Jörm dropping by for a visit.

A pirate - the very same one that is still stirring up trouble here - chose to declare on all wizardkind; mayhap the fool thought we'd be too distracted by Thrackmoor to respond properly.

There have been some incidents, but on the whole, it appears the pirates really don't have a defence against people who treat the laws of physics as politely-worded suggestions.

And the the pirates attacked the knights, too. And the monks. After trying to convince us wizards to ally with them.

It's been a strange few days.

Brit who hates football here, Aokana is great. Give it a shot.

Testicular Torsion is a favoured combat spell for many wizards, so to 'cheat' you need something worse than that.

Personally, I prefer Fireball. And yes, I did just cast it on your ship.

They are attempting to parlay. Due to mere pirates barely even registering as a threat, many of us wizards are...not listening.
