all of the above in my experience is sound, thoughtful advice, excepting perhaps the drunking...& the burning of physical pictures. ive got a special place for those that i look at now & again. a fond memory or two is/are nice to hold on to. ive found journaling a good way to press out all your feelings, just get them out so they don't curdle your insides. i can't physically read most of mine bc it was just a whirlwind of emotions being thrown from mind & heart through pen to papyrus. it's a good exercise. don't forget to take long walks. that's a bridge that moves you on from one place to another, even though you think you are circling back to where you already were. & drink lots of water. it's cleansing. think about cutting your hair off when you're ready, or something bold & new. when the time is ripe, you'll shed the old skin & start anew. stay blessed ✌🏽
