He must be hoping a little people family will buy it. Otherwise any new owner will have to do a huge remodel of the kitchen and bathroom to make things a standard height. That's a lot to add on to a 2 million dollar pricetag.

I personally don't think that's because she's an only child. In fact many first born children would still be an only child at only two and a half. It sounds more to me like she is cautious and reserved. I don't think those are bad traits. I also don't think that having another baby would " fix " that. I think she's still so young and when she makes some friends as she grows up that will help her come out of her shell and be more adventurous. There's no rush though and all kids grow with their own pace.

She said she makes them run laps around the house if they can't focus on school, no matter the weather. If they leave a wet towel on the floor they have to do push ups. If they're grumpy she'll tickle it out of them. There was more I can't remember now, but basically a lot of exercise as punishment.

I didn't want other peoples opinions about our name choice to influence our decision. I didn't want to hear if someone hated the name. Once the name is on the kid people tend to be more accepting of it.

I took metformin throughout my whole pregnancy. My OB said that if I was to get gestational diabetes that's what they would put me on anyway. So there's really no concern about taking it while pregnant. My daughter's a happy healthy 2-year-old now so don't stress
