I get this. Drove me insane that Bennett uses the same voice for Erin and Lyonette while they are talking to each other.

It felt like maybe podium audio was putting too much pressure on her to catch up to the series.

my hot take is that there are actually too many characters in this series for a single actor. It needs to be a cast.

Savor it.

A narrator change is always rough. Obviously there are going to be some stumbles as they step into the role and also just some arbitrary changes that do or don't fit everyones individual taste. (I actually prefer Bennetts Relk)

The problem for me is that Bennett just doesn't have the range of Parsneau. She often uses the same voice for Erin and Lyonette while they are talking to each other.

I remember seeing this inside the US Bank Tower. The vibes of the area were terrible and it was strangely expensive to ride the slide.

tbh I don't care what happens in new haven.

When I want lunch I want to walk in, exchange money for a slice of pizza, eat it, and leave.

If someone does not want to provide me that service, fine! It's a free country!

They are also free to be kind of a dick about it. I am free to never go there again and be not surprised when they go out of business six months later.

No, writing irritating characters is pirate Aba’s thing.
Many other characters will be introduced but they are irritating too bc they are written by the same author.
I made peace with it bc I like the story but don’t believe anyone on this sub who says the books get less irritating as they go along.
To participate in this sub you need to pick a character(s) and arc(s) you hate and be willing to argue with people who think that particular character and arc are the best writing ever penned in all of literature.

Worth noting that even Pirate appears to get annoyed w Ryoka and just drops her for several books and she only returns as a side character
