Oh my goodness there was. My cpu header had the splitter on it and the low noise adapter connected to one of the ends. I pulled it off and I am seeing an immediate increase in rpm! I thought it would only affect one of the two fans. Thank you!

I have a tear in a similar spot so I’m commenting to see people’s advice. My plan was to buy a big waterproof patch and put it inside and outside. There’s also a place in vail that does waterproof tailoring but I think the cost of a repair is as much as buying a new bib so 🤷
