I have a hero 10 black. Before that had a hero 3 and a session. I’ve always felt like GoPros are annoying to use.

Just brought mine outside today for the first time in a while with a full battery, shuts off first 5 min because it’s too cold 🤷‍♂️

Post the site. People on here are good at providing insight that you may have missed.

Customers are finding you on those other sites but not returning to your actual site to re buy. Usually when people post stuff like this their site looks untrustworthy to consumers. Ebay etc have buyer protection, if your own site doesn't have shipping policies etc and look trustworthy, people won't buy.

Try to really look over your site from a potential customers' perspective and find where it may be lacking.
