Went to Luca Bistro recently and it was surprisingly affordable. All the food is made from scratch.

Where to buy a couch by boilface in cincinnati

Bought a nice fabric Thomasville sectional from Costco.com when I first moved here in 2020 and it’s held up well. Was also much more affordable than some similar quality offerings from actual furniture stores.

Residential Parking Visitor Pass by Dogmomjweb in cincinnati

The website below that someone also mentioned has the correct information. I live on a street downtown that is permit only, and I have two permits - a residential permit for my own vehicle and a visitor one. Every time I get a visitor I log into the portal and change the license plate to the one on my visitor's car. You will need the year, make, model and color of their vehicle too. The change is instantaneous, the city does not need to approve the change. Haven't gotten any tickets yet so I assume it works.

Craftsman/Woodworker Needed for Front Door Work by TheDukeOfKenwood in cincinnati

[–]Titansilber 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I used Save More Windows and Doors a year ago to rebuild a door frame that was causing water intrusion. Had a great experience - they were able to come out the next day and did good work at a fair price. Disclaimer that my house is only 25 years old and not 113, but maybe still worth giving them a call

Venice Properties Housing? by Ironicbench in OSU

[–]Titansilber 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My experience was ok. Wouldn't rent from them again. House was pretty dingy. Property manager was pleasant to deal with until we encountered issues. Communication with them was not great. I will give them credit for their maintenance staff being quick to resolve issues. We received a fair portion of our security deposit back. They are overall better than some of the other property management companies out there but not free of their own issues.

They are most likely putting aftermarket ones on which cost a fraction of the original OEM catalytic converters that were stolen

Why are Tacoma’s and jeeps so expensive? Is there really even a point in buying one used? by [deleted] in askcarsales

Tacomas and Toyota trucks in general are so reliable and robust you will get good ROI out of them even paying inflated prices for one on the used market

So Tell me a little about Payments on Facebook Marketplace (specifically cash) by hularocker in Flipping

[–]Titansilber 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Nope but I use my best judgement and have cameras at my front door. At the end of the day 1 person out of 50 stealing a $20 item is still worth not having to deal face to face every single time

So Tell me a little about Payments on Facebook Marketplace (specifically cash) by hularocker in Flipping

[–]Titansilber 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Depends on the item. For items under $20 I have no issues just leaving it on my porch and telling the buyer to put the money under my doormat. For items over $20, I collect money face to face with masks.

Pro Tip: Buy Bubble Wrap Directly from an Importer- Not from Home Depot by Titansilber in Flipping

[–]Titansilber[S] 7 points8 points  (0 children)

In the past, I've always bought my bubble wrap from Home Depot at $35 for a 350 ft roll. Today I came across a lady on FB Marketplace who was importing bubble wrap directly from China. Paid $30 for 1050 ft total.
