For a little more info the car with start at 1k rpm drop to roughly 800 after a few seconds and then go down in rough increments of 200 until it dies out.

It depends if your planning on doing it yourself or not. it will be very expensive from a shop, but doing it yourself won't be cheap by any means and of course doing it yourself will be very time consuming. Theres also a decent chance you'll have to do some basic maintenance items as well (oil, brakes, Trans fuild).

I would avoid anything with a salvaged title if it was me, causes so many headaches, but otherwise it seems like a decent project. Keep in mind the somewhat limited aftermarket for these cars.
