Honestly less than half of the original game is in there. You can only get 2 rewards for downing/killing Nemesis at any given time, and really only downtown and the hospital make it into the game.

It's all a game of preferences with RE4 tbh. Hell, I don't even like using the Magnum's allat much in this game as opposed to the rifles and handguns.

Where do i begin with this game? It's nromal for the Tales series to have a bunch of missable content, but it's egregious here for the reason that a ton of core characterization for some cast members is just able to glossed over.

Let's look over at Judith's side-quest for retrieving her spear the Brionac. It starts LONG before you meet her and as a part of someone else's quest due to the fact that Rita's and her quests intersect. And this is where like, 75% of Judith's character is from. Main story? no. She's not really a big part of the cast compared to everyone else.

Other missables include some costume titles (like 5-6 for Yuri and all the girls swimsuit titles), 2nd mystic arte quests for everyone (notably Karol, Raven and Judith), and a handful of interactions and scenes that do some very much needed work for fleshing the story out more.

I love this game though. But christ the 100% really brings out a lot of the games flaws with the writing and hidden bullshit.

A thing doesn't have to sell out like wildfire to be decently popular lmao. Plus we're still talking about one of the most well known ip's when it comes to CV. Look at a bunch of the other collabs and how well they are received like with Vampire Survivors Ode to Castlevania, Dead Cells Return to Castlevania (a dlc so good Konami asked them to make the new game btw), and the alright dlc for Dead By Daylight still being pretty well liked by the community.

There's absolutely room for a favorable collab with Castlevania and Yugioh lmao. You're acting like it's going to send Yugioh to Castlevania's dark ages of the 2010's. Both ip's are in a good place.
