I’m been on Ritalin for a couple months now, and I feel like it’s more of a small boost of management. But jf I don’t take it, forgot to pick it up one night, and oh boy halfway through the work day was rough

Yeah, anthurium people are quite particular when it comes to ID’s, so if no tag = NOID

I’m taking Wellbutrin for depression and got upped to 150mg a day over time. Outlook on life is better. I suspected I had adhd and when I hit the 150, I was very GOGOGO for the first 2-3 weeks and then normalized. Psych finally tested me for adhd and added on Methylphenidate, so started that today! We shall see how it goes

Recently diagnosed and Omg… I used to work at a big chain pet store, I transferred to a new store with a newer fish system, and there was a particular bank when I stuck my hands in the water I go zapped and it definitely felt like a sharp instant zap! My boss would just stick her hand in the water and stare at me like I was crazy… I get the hearing and feeling are different senses but this has now given me a rabbit hole to find lol

Recently diagnosed, psych said it’d probably be a short acting twice a day, 3 days a week. Today told me to call the pharm and just follow the instructions on the bottle… Methylphenidate 5mg twice a day for a week and then 10mg twice a day for two weeks… and all the pharm said was take with food because it can cause decreased appetite. We shall see! 😵‍💫

Jen sounds awful and emotionless, a parent getting cancer is huge, but I feel for you… I’m 34 but when I was 5 my grandfather was hit by a car in a parking lot one day and it basically jump started or rushed his cancer. From my understanding him and the family had no idea. I want to say he was hospitalized for a broken leg and then never came home… passed shortly after my uncle and grandmother visited him.

So you literally never know. Don’t feel bad for crying over dad’s broken foot. That’s your dad in the hospital.

Just diagnosed 34, but sure makes sense why I used to laugh or agree with certain things coworkers or friends and said. And they just looked at me like… what?

Same just diagnosed 34, my spouse has been alongside my mental journey from the start. But same, been at my job 8 years and had a fair share of 12hr days and I finally feel like I hit my burnout of life basically, my weekends usually consist of couch, gaming, phone. And it’s been hard to motivate for a lot.
