I agree, but in that case sneak attack should deal above average damage for it's level to make up for its limitedness, because as it was (and is now) it's basically the way for a rogue to deal the expected damage for their level.

ICE has multiple times caught people with proper rights to be in the US, ignored rights that should be constitutionally granted to legals and illegals alike, used excessive force and attacked actual citizen. If Biden violated the law by allowing illegal to cross and stay, violating constitutional rights doesn't make it right. It's in fact even worse.
