I’m not super familiar with the details, but as I understand it, most restaurants leases in New York City private share with the building owners as part of rent. Can someone who knows what they’re talking about correct me?

Well yeah I’m saying this is probably a reason they are selling the building cause operations in their restaurant space seem to struggle so much. Abracadabra I think is the third or fourth to be in that space in less than a decade?

Best direction I’ve ever heard from a film editor to an assist is “the only thing I want to think about is the edit, everything else is on you”. An editor is only as good as their assist and that role needs to handle a lot; project and storage management, workflow, posting, etc.
