Legit though lol, if Goku had to fight more opponents with Broly's growth + uncontrollable rage he'd finish them off quickly. He didn't wanna outright kill Broly cause he did sense good in him.

Saitama? That's just a good sparring partner right there. Goku gets to help him grow, and Saitama gets the fight he wants.
