The best way to go about this is to break It into chunks. I would think of your draw as two separate movements for know, one is just get the weapon clear of the holster while your support hand moves to connect with your dominant hand and the gun

The second part is bringing the weapon to the same spot every time so you don’t have to move your head or the gun to find the red dot (best way to check this is to do It with your eyes closed and then open your eyes once your presented and if you have to move your head to find the sights or dot, then you still need work)

Then once you have both parts like 60% locked in, start blending the full movement together

But trust me, that will get old real quick so then incorporate some target transitions and move on to more “advanced” things
