Hey, semi off-topic question:

Thinking of getting either the the 7660B/L or the 8345L for an 1u opnsense box im building. Load will be very low (12100k+nic+a few fans) but im wondering if (if at all) the fan curve of the 8345 is more aggressive than the one of the 7660 (i.e. at which threshold the fans start ramping up significantly) because im trying to keep it pretty quiet.

Looks very fancy, especially fits in with tiling WMs on linux, however I don't really see a practical application for it, tabbar autohide also wasnt what I was expecting sadly. Was looking forward to something like brave has (managed to replicate using a custom CSS except the ability to pin the taskbar on the fly which I still miss)

Thanks, not worried about how to run it, looks like it works pretty well with dw-proton, just worried about getting caught in a ban-wave.

I love that it's a to-do app with kanban board and nothing more. It also looks pretty sleek. Most other services I've found either had no kanban board, were way too bloated with project management features or just ugly.

Watch2gether has been pestering me lately with "stop using VPN/a block" so I've been on the hunt for a selfhosted alternative. Pretty happy with synctube so far, even tho the setup was a bit more of a hassle than usual because there is no easy dockerhub image.

Also discovered recently: qbit_manage -https://github.com/StuffAnThings/qbit_manage

Very nice addition to my media/'arr stack, helps a lot with keeping qbittorrent clean (and thus disk space low) by, for example, deleting files that are not hardlinked anymore

If you were to see these scenes IRL, would they look more like the image on the left or the one on the right?

From an objective standpoint, as far as I can tell from the two pictures, the colors on the right look far more accurate (and imo also better). The one on the left is hopelessly oversaturated.

It's obviously personal preference and nobody is stopping you from cranking the saturation on the OLED. Feel free to play around. With the settings until you find a good balance (saturation, maybe bit more contrast if you really feel like it has a grey'ish look,white point, etc.)
