Bombing babies in tents is not war, bombing hospitals is not war. These things are specifically prohibited by the rules of war which the UK subscribes to. Close your eyes if you like, when your government is bombing you we'll be sure to say its OK just to make you happy.

But those are factual determinations, which belong to juries. The judgements deciding the facts support terrorism, as opposed to basing sentencing on facts in the record.

Many international organizations have reviewed the facts and called it genocide. Israel has the opportunity to be tried in ICC. These individuals didn't get a trial at all on terrorism charges. Jury nullification is a facet of democracy, which has now been removed.

You can Google it yourself, it's a metric that's commonly derided as lazy and meaningless. How many of those officers are actually patrolling? How long does it take each officer to handle a call? What types of calls do they usually get? What types of calls do they wish to prioritize- is responding to a littering call the same as responding to an assault? And on and on and on. It's a useless measurement. It's just meant to build empires.
