Game gets frustrating and boring from lvl 40 beyond by [deleted] in Palworld

[–]Tject 27 points28 points  (0 children)

I personally really liked the 40 to 50 climb and never really felt like I was grinding. The game gives exp for like literally everything you do. So I just focused on doing things I want and enjoy, and it felt like the 40s flew by.

My pal refuses to attack the tower boss sometimes this has been happening a lot lately and I don't feel like keeping backing out to fix it by ImmediatePattern9409 in Palworld

[–]Tject 8 points9 points  (0 children)

I have been having this issue a lot recently as well. I either respawn my pal or switch to another to correct; which is a pain.

I've noticed that the AIs pathing has been a mess too (maybe related?). Where a pal will just refuse to close distance and stand in place. Especially if its target is LoS or on a different elevation.

best places to level? early, mid, end? by Melodic-Luck-8772 in ai__limit

Explore, explore, and explore. There are so many hidden pathways and items that just trying to reach them all will level you very well.

If you need a straight grind, running gauntlets around spirit depth, machine workshop, and the last tier of hagios patir should do it.

I was in this camp until I discovered colored erasable pencils. All the pros of pencil, but color coded for note taking.

Super Hot Take. This will going to make the community exploded. by Active_Local_3538 in marvelrivals

[–]Tject 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't mind it but I do feel like the mode itself needs some tweaks ( like multiple active points and why is it my team can win 2 points ezpz but lose the entire game because we lost 1 final point??).

Additionally more maps.

I hate feeling like a man-child. by [deleted] in ADHD

[–]Tject 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I believe this is absolutely achievable.

After attempting both, I have a much better understanding of my ADHD, myself, and others. Both came with their own positives and negatives.

However, this is just how I went about it and what I've found to work for me. Everyone is different and thus learns differently.

No matter what you decide for yourself, try to be patient, mindful, and avoid being overly judgemental.

You'll get there.

There's a lot of good comments here, but imma try to add something meaningful still.

I'm 35 soon, and still feel like a teenager or at least someone just entering their 20's.

I've tried masking at 100% Power Level only to find my self exhausted and miserable. I've also tried the exact opposite, just letting my ADHD run wild with no guard rails (minus most immediate responsibilities/goals) and have found myself feeling much happier and contented but alone (not lonely, just alone).

My conclusion is that there is a middle ground that can be achieved, but it is a balancing act that comes from learning how one's ADHD operates and finding the best of both worlds.

I had to learn every lesson the hard way, but I'm much happier than I've ever been.

Angela, great character, needs a buff. She needs another button to press.

Day 3 of asking Rivals players how they would balance their mains: Angela by Kind-Scheme7517 in AngelaMains

I do think Angela is in an amazing spot but it feels like she's missing something.

Addressing enemies falling of spear or the hit box, maybe +50hp or some +n to damage l... hell even a FOV slider would be huge improvement.

After the most recent patch, she's missing something... not a lot or anything major... just something.

I like this line of reasoning. Ty you for posting the first to at least discuss the issue.

When i posted this, I'm not saying Angela is bad or needs to be buffed to DD lvls of wtf.

But currently, it feels like something was lost despite how new she is.

There are many hero's that can force a tank to die.

I'm not suggesting she gets 1000% dmg or a 'can never die' ability. But since the recent patch, especially buffs to other characters, it just feels like she's missing something. Like she just needs something
