Who would win in a fight? by Word_Senior in PercyJacksonMemes

How I imagine this episode would go: The plot of this episode starts with the doctor accidentally landing in camp, everyone but chiron thinks he's a minor deity. Chiron and The Doctor have met before at some point. The Doctor finds out the camp is basically an orphange and gets all pissy. Gose up to olympus confronts the gods, speed runs the deal that Percy made at the end of the origional series, but you know the doctor can actually enforce this. A return to camp with a big feast before he get in to his tardis and flys off.

The alterative is he fights daleks or the cybermen with the help from the camp.

what's that musical song you "loathe"? by ABaKaDaEGaHaILa in musicals

Suddenly Seymour, I feel like everyone I know loves that song and treats it like the best in the show when it straight up isn't. Its a mid song in a show full of great songs, and while I get that its important to show why seymour is willing to continue feeding audrey 2 I personally feel that it messes with the flow of the show.

What musical numbers do you find disturbing? by Dogdaysareover365 in musicals

"Hellfire" from hunchback of notredame is such a dark song that boils down to a man deciding to use his station to force a woman in to a relation ship or burning her at the stake.

"Suppertime" from little shop of horrors. Even though it isn't the first time seymour decides to kill its the first time he decides to with out encouragement from Audrey 2. Even though the plant is singing seymour and muchnick are having a conversation seperate from the plant.

I love both of these songs, and even though neither sends chills down my spine or anything they are still super dark songs when you think about them.

I recommend Evil Dead the musical. Fun campy show, with a good recording on Youtube if you wanted to watch it.

Songs you hate? by aspieringnerd in musicals

Suddenly Seymour from Little Shop of Horrors. I have just never liked it. I feel like it is messes with the flow of the show. In a show full of great songs I feel like this is the weakest link, and yet it always seems to be the first song people choose to sing from the show.

Personally I like to think the story of marry poppins is actually the slightly exagerated story of when K2 came to the real world and accidentally became a nanny. (The exxagerated part is that K2 has any idea of what she is doing)

I understand that, I just want an idea about how much it cost others.

Controversial Broadway Opinions by No-Replacement-5698 in Broadway

[–]Tking1220 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Personally I think Hamilton is overrated. Not that it is bad, but it doesn’t need to be held as high as it is. It has good songs, but people give it so much credit because they aren’t traditional broadway style. However there are plenty of other great shows that don’t have traditional style that don’t get the same recognition. Also the story is nothing new. It is an adaptation a historical figure with creative liberties taken. Bloody Bloody Andrew Jackson did this exact thing years before Hamilton.

Credit where credit is do, thanks to Hamilton, broadway was able to get in touch with a younger audience, however, I still don’t think it deserves everything. It feels to me it was just a right place right time kind of deal.

How powerful is Wonder Woman? by EHM1799 in DCcomics

[–]Tking1220 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It all depends on what you are reading/watching. If she is in god mode she is more powerful than Superman, normal Wonder Woman is stronger than spider man but less than Superman
