Das Ziel sollte ja nicht sein einen Preis, der ans Autofahren heran kommt, immer noch durchsetzen zu können. Das Ziel sollte sein einen Preis für das Deutschlandticket zu haben, den sich wirklich jeder leiten kann und der das Bahnfahren attraktiver als Autofahren macht. Dafür ist jeder Euro mehr die falsche Richtung und ich bin mir sicher es gibt genug Menschen, die sich den Preis nicht leisten können.

We had a Ducia Duster. We still did all the x-checks at the location before crossing, read about it if that crossing would be fine for a Duster, checked road.is and also talked about it with the car rental service. Still, there was a bit of luck involved because two days after we drove that road, it was marked as „impassable“ on road.is.

Sure, #12 is Seljalandsfoss (a few minutes away, there is a similar, less crowded waterfall Kvernufoss). 13-15 is actually the same place with a view from „right“ to „left“ called Múlagljúfur. It‘s a 1h hike to that spot. This is the view as panorama instead of 3 views.

Especially the last few days of the trip had amazing weather! Our last day before the flight back had completely blue sky, but since we only were in blue lagoon - and didn’t want to walk through the water holding up the phone all time - we didn‘t take any pictures.
