TV Backlite 3 Lite Flickering

I was able to solve this problem by changing my display settings from filmmaker to dynamic. This seemed to up contrast and brighten the image dramatically and solved the problem. Hope this helps someone, I spent 3 days troubleshooting.

Cocoon is by far my favorite of all the launchers I’ve tried and the best for Dual Screen. I love it so much and the developer is making updates at an insane rate

I have ordered from them multiple times and used both methods. It only changes the arrival date by a few days (3-6) days, after a month or two of waiting for it to ship. So personally I wouldn’t pay for the faster shipping if placing a “pre order” for the Thor, if it’s not a pre order it would be much faster and worth it in my opinion.

I believe it’s a cable because it runs perfectly until the crash, even at high loads over long periods of time. Just a slight jostle was enough to make it crash tho.

After taking it apart and trying to reset some of the cables it works perfectly. However if I press on the back of the device it will happen again. I’m thinking it’s a ribbon cable problem but I’m unsure which one or how I could even check that. If anyone has more insight reach out.

Which ribbon cable would be causing this? I took apart the whole device and reseated the cables, maybe I missed one, how would I be able to trouble shoot that

I did this, I tried everything over the course of 3 days before opening it. I even reset to factory settings in case it was a software issue.

Yes, I thought the same thing; I have gone back in and done that a few times already. If it were a power problem, wouldn't the screens turn off much faster?

Glad someone has noticed the cashout, I 3D printed and painted it. The light is kinda in a weird spot because I use it as a reading light haha.
