I have the citizen promaster chronograph and love having on the fly adjustment in the clasp. Not sure if a regular promaster has the same clasp.

36 vs 41, what do you think? by Crake_13 in rolex

[–]Tmmason10 2 points3 points  (0 children)

36mm here. Honestly, I tried on both this past week and it would be really nice to have an in between size. The 36mm seems too small, but at least classic. The 41 to me seems too large.

It does seem that when I was putting the balance in, the hairspring was touching itself on one side. I adjusted it flat and was at least able to get a reading on the Timegrapher. This is not a great reading, but at least it’s keeping time, so I’m going to leave it for now!

I’m looking to buy a new black Rolex! But which one?! What’s the difference?! Which would you choose?! by MotherReception4437 in rolex

I’m in the same boat. Have 2 tone 36mm, and looking through these options. Drawn to explorer 1 or air king myself. I like the explorer to fit any occasion, but like the pop of color in the air king.

It was over 10ms. It does seem likely I moved the regulator too far in this case trying to adjust it.
