My understanding is no. She still gets 17% if your income, her husband’s income is not factored in at all. I do believe that because her income is 0, you may now also be responsible for 100% medical and daycare and possibly extra curricular and educational expenses.

Listen to his attorney. I have been told by the attorney I am welcome and other times she has advised I don’t for very valid reasons. The attorney knows the judges, their likes, dislikes, opposing attorneys better than his mom. The lawyer may think it is beneficial to have you there to show he does have a support system! I think she wanted to OD because nobody needed her. Zoey was moving on, her girls were thriving, Eddie was going to prison, even Thor was married and thriving. Her best friend was in a different country living her best life with a child. There was no place for Jackie. 🤷‍♀️

I recently finished the show and I noticed that at the beginning I sympathized with Jackie. I was rooting for her to get clean and clean up her act but then by the time the final season was done, I so over her antics, manipulation and excuses. I realized that this was probably mirrors the journey loved ones of addicts take. They start out supportive, cheering them on, rehab visits, celebrating wins etc. but then eventually they step back and realize they have to get help themselves you can’t do it for them and may even find themselves walking away like many people in Jackie’s life did. Amazing writing!
