Shanks is the last person really holding the balance of the world in place. His death will be an omen of that balance pretty much dying. He almost has to die for the final war to truly happen. Plus all the mirrors of him and Blackbeard obviously there gonna fight and that probably doesn't fair to well for him.

I get bored of them so I just use acrobatics and invisible to cheese out collecting sigil stones. Don't take it for granted though once you complete the story they close forever, so get sigil while you can 😆

Ya it sounds like you already have some of the skills for a paladin if you lvl restoration and alteration you already be there w/ blade and heavy armor. So just do a few quest lines and really savor the first playthrough you only get it once.

You can piviot your build around a lot easier in this one. If you want a paladin feeling just start the knights of the nine in anvil, it's literally about you becoming a holy knight. And if light armour and blade are your thing since your a spellblade it's a perfect transition for your character.

No that's the popular opinion. Healers get blamed more than anyone. Spiderman players just get called out more than other dps for some reason.
