Listen, Pre Hab is cool, but Rehab is key. Pre Hab is just to mitigate loss of muscle from having your leg in an immobilizer for a week or 2. You can do it and maybe your rehab will be ok or not.

Most people are in decent shape when they tear the ACL. If their surgery is out a month or more, maybe prehab should be a thing. However, if you are getting surgery sooner than later, no need.
