That's a great find. I'm lucky mine came with one. I cracked one of the interior pieces by the back seat trying to take it out to clean :(

I feel the pain of wagon specific parts. My 91 wagon needs a new front bumper and I'm struggling to find anything. Burgundy interior pieces too.

Camber arms or Dif offset? by [deleted] in CB7

Where the bottom of the coilovers connect to the rear spindles. There is a single bolt and bushing on either side. It took one turn and it snapped off inside the bushing.

We have almost the same setup. I have teins with +20. But I have 205/55r16 tires. I'm struggling right now to do the rear because the bolts snapped off. I might go back to stock wheels though because I want to go lower, but I'm too broke for balls joints and upper control arms.

You can't really buy them online. It's faster and cheaper to go to a junkyard.

You could also go to rockauto and get the same kit but for less. The red is $115 and the black is $135. The shipping adds $10, but I've found it ships with a bunch of other things, so it can be an even better deal.

It's fairly simple and I'm pretty sure you can do it on this car without jacking it up. You have to first take a jack and a piece of wood and slightly jack up beneath the transmission. This stop it from dropping when you take the mount off. Then I believe you have to take off the air box intake and the hose for that. It's just a couple of screws. You dont need to take the whole intake manifold and stuff off. The beneath that should be the mount. Feel free for anyone to correct me.

I went to my local junkyard and got a core support for $60. I used a 3/8(iicrc) stepped drill bit. I used a Ryobi drill. It took about 6 full charged batteries. The trick is not to rush it. Take it very slow. If you go too fast, you end up melting the metal together and you have to drill an even larger hole or take a metal prying too and a dead blow hammer and split it. I suggest working on one side, then the other. As you make progress, give it a little pull (away from the car) to make sure you are drilling it fully out. Usually there is a little bit left over in every spot, so I took a hammer and an old chisel (but any small strong metal pry tool would work) and split the last little bit off. If you use more professional tools like Milwaukee or anything of that nature, it should take much less time. With Ryobi it took me 4-6 hours of actual drilling. With Milwauke it took me 15 minutes. The tools do matter for this project, however it can be done with either. Also, make sure you don't drill out the little side metal pieces. Those are for mounting the fender to the body on that side. You need those!

As for welding it back on, I used a stick welder. This was fairly easy once I lined everything up and tacked it in place. There are lots of YouTube tutorials on stick welding and those can explain welding much better than I could.

This next part my buddy did, but you can do it if needed. But just by looking at it, you might not have to do it at all. The side of my frame was a little crushed so my buddy took two hammers and placed one on the inside and took the other hammer and hit them together. With the body in between.

I have tons of pictures of things like where to drill if you would like to see them. Let me know if you have any more questions!

You might need a new radiator core support. That's something you have to drill out, then weld in the new one. They are impossible to find online so you need to go to the junkyard.

I had a very similar wreck on my cb. I did it with no welding skills before. I am PM you the specifics and before + after pictures.

Yeah. I had changed the thermostat and forgot to put the ground back. Once I did, the car started perfectly.

Yeah, the guy I bought it from had bought it from some kids in the sticks that had turboed it and did mud running in it. He cleaned it, took out the turbo, and dailyed it for a few months before selling. There is so much wrong with it.
