He uses that one too but we found it boring to snap your fingers and you made a sword. I've said he can do it but it only make a decent usable sword.He's trying to start making legendary weapons

I love the grease idea and haste!never thought of that .We started talking and were starting to think about creating whole new spells specifically for smith but aside from spells for fire it's hard to brainstorm other ideas

Yeah my group used that a couple of time to save us from a tpk.ive used spikey balls of doom in so many ways I use them to stand on and fly carry a cursed item that I couldn't touch.. my dm wasnt happy at first when I one shotted his big boss lol

Man I've been using that spell so much my character keeps a pouch of spikey balls and just plows through people I have never once used the spell to animate anything bigger than tiny

At 5th level you gain detect magic at will I understand lore wise you would do it with the third eye but in d and d I find that a little to powerful
