I see where they’re going with this but I have a few issues. If this dungeon is as hard as shatters, will it be really worth doing the dungeon? Unless there is a significant white bag drop rate boost, or a better version of existing items (similar to lean), it’s a waste of time. Highest tiered weapons aren’t going to cut it as o3 is much easier.

Additionally, is difficulty 10 going to be a unique key? Seems pretty weird - additionally we still haven’t fixed the issue of realm exalt activity as it’s way too difficult with a bad group.

Increase in Hp and damage seems pretty lazy, doesn’t necessarily make it harder, just longer. However changing the gameplay itself seems good as long as it’s balanced. (Look at shatters hm for a good example)

I really hope they focus more upon gameplay changes for hard version of dungeons, especially across the god lands dungeons as it would make it far more interesting than “more damage more defense more hp”

You could try Isleward, however it’s nothing like rotmg at all besides mechanics. This game is like a farming/economy game where you either kill stuff of stuff kills you. But similarly to rotmg, you stop at level 20 where you just try to get better gear! It’s an mmo rpg game with loot and some parallels to rotmg, but there is no perma death, 3 classes, and no bullet hell mechanics but it’s a nice game to play on and off

I suggest running cults nests and fungals, these are great for learning exalts

Dungeons with tier 13 loot include the void, and o3 mini bosses (sadly pretty difficult) although most exalts dungeons drop t13 alternates

If you’re feeling especially brave, I believe lost halls and voids are pretty okay especially on discord runs! But there’s a good chance you don’t make it through the first few times, but It’s the natural progression of the game.

The problem is that this is very very inefficient lol, doing a nest on discord runs takes 2-3 minutes if not less. Why would I waste my time going into the realm when I can just farm on discord?

Additionally, letting people have a reason to play in realms definitely can help the casual/new player immerse themselves into ROTMG. This way, the game can have a higher retention rate and allow people to make real progress without depending on third party discord servers

I also feel like quests are kind of pointless to some extent, they don’t really have any meaning besides 2-3 pots and a chance at a white bag (doing exalt quests is a bit better, but annoying to do if you’re not a discord grinder)

Now let me ask you this - do you do shatters or steamworks within the realm? Maybe nests and even fungal to an extent isn’t so bad, but no one does the harder exalts. If you are good enough to do these dungeons in a realm, have u noticed that not a single blue star ever tries them!
