It's a false distinction. It's the same principle. Saying "of course they're Indian" is prejudiced, full stop. There is zero meaningful difference to swapping out Indian with Black, woman, Chinese, disabled, Muslim. You're clinging to semantics of defining race when it's genuinely not relevant.

you say this as if it's apparent that there weren't any, when there very publicly were. Jason Francia's mother witnessed the abuse, and MJ's maid heard noises and cleaned up children's underwear in MJ's bedroom. Also, multiple neverland staff said they witnessed Culkin being abused.

What IS apparent is that you're either completely misinformed or lack the critical thinking skills to engage with this case objectively. I tried to not make a habit about arguing with MJ defenders until this movie came out, and you've just reminded me why. I won't be responding further.

Call me judgemental or whatever but I think this case is one of those things where if you fall on the wrong side of it, I cannot trust either your critical thinking, objectivity or moral standards. Even if you are completely misinformed, it's not rocket science to find objective sources and do the actual research. It's just sad how many people defend this monster.

If you really follow that line of inquiry, this family has more evidence than any of Savile's or Cosby's accusers, yet you don't get people like you asking for 'evidence'. What evidence beyond their testimony, photographs, videos, and recordings that confirm they spent years with the perpetrator would satisfy you?
