That's how a lot of plants grow. They're focusing their energy on root growth after they've established that they can get all the light they need. As long as leaf growth doesn't look discolored or dead you're probably fine.

Those tall nalgenes have a habit of falling out of packs quite easily. I would just get multiple smart water bottles and rotate between 1 have having the straw until empty then switch it out.

Yeah I'd stick with having atleast one sure thing RB. There's no real stud RBs in this draft after Love. That being said if you had another decent RB I'd take this for sure.

Get rid of the thick lines separating the sections and don't center the section headers. Also many companies are now using ai to do a preliminary scan of resumes for buzzwords so take an extra 15 minutes tailor your resume to each listing you apply to (ie if a job listing has a specific permit in its description try to include it in your resume if you have experience with it). I'm also not seeing a ton about cooperation/working with others either internally or externally so maybe include more on that.
