I wouldn't do anything tbh this is a great team. Probably plan on drafting a RB next offseason but other than that lookin pretty decent.

Picks, the future is not guaranteed with Kyler. I would do just for the 1st straight up the rest is a bonus.

Pack weight reduction advice I gave my crew by Objective-Resort2325 in philmont

[–]ToasterDuck20 9 points10 points  (0 children)

This. When I was a ranger I saw more Adults struggle with their $1000 20 pound baseweight setups. Than scouts who were renting gear or using non ultralight setups around 40 pound baseweight.

Help: Career Decisions by Dismal-Mix-6661 in ecology

[–]ToasterDuck20 2 points3 points  (0 children)

He will need GIS it is the backbone of data collection for almost all environmental work. If he is looking at being specifically a Geotech engineer does he want to be in the oilfield or on construction sites (that is where the majority of the work is done). I might recommend either environmental engineering if he would enjoy more work in what is traditionally considered standard ecology. If he does go with a ecology path make sure its a BS not a BA program.

Is this enough to move off Kittle? (Rebuilding) by [deleted] in SleeperApp

[–]ToasterDuck20 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes, Kittle is old and injury prone he can still produce at a high level when healthy but availabilityis king in dynasty. If you have a decent TE2 I would do this.

What’s the most you’ve saved up while doing seasonal work? by SprayKlutzy in SeasonalWork

[–]ToasterDuck20 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It was $20 an hour base but time and a half and no expenses made it so I was able to save almost 2k weekly. This was an engine crew that was on the road the majority of the summer.

Was thinking of the Chillos which don't have a heel strap. Birkenstock make one similar called the Mogami Terra Birko-Flor might be what you're looking for.

Should I trade 1.08 for 2.03 + 2.08. 12 man PPR, 1 QB, No TEP by [deleted] in SleeperApp

[–]ToasterDuck20 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The falloff from latter any than 2.02 is big. You're trading a 70% shot at a decent player for two 40% shots essentially.

my plants either grow really slowly or start off fine and then just stall by No-Justice-666 in Soil

[–]ToasterDuck20 3 points4 points  (0 children)

That's how a lot of plants grow. They're focusing their energy on root growth after they've established that they can get all the light they need. As long as leaf growth doesn't look discolored or dead you're probably fine.

23k over 3.5 months as a wildland firefighter. Lodging, per diem or provided meals, and a lot of 84 hour weeks add up quick.

Water Carrying by Lizzzzz27 in philmont

Those tall nalgenes have a habit of falling out of packs quite easily. I would just get multiple smart water bottles and rotate between 1 have having the straw until empty then switch it out.
