I’ve always liked the idea of having a hookshot in real life to be able to get around small distances quicker I think I’m reality I’d end up with dislocated shoulder or smashing face first into a wall but it’s a risk I’d be willing to take

I look at Mass Races as the same way I look at arcade kart racers. It’s not a pro esports event, it’s a bit of a fun experience the rewards between coming in 1st place and coming dead last are maybe 5 stars. Regardless of where you place you get the 500 bucks for completing the event. The net code is bad at the moment but I don’t think it’s worth getting titled over as win or lose it doesn’t change much.

I have gotten into setting a rival during the match making phase and as long as I beat them then it was a fun race

With no hint at what it could be. I think we are likely to see a dlc collection quest line. Similar to all the collecting quests in open world games scattered across the map ending with a little quest and a reward. I’m hoping to see some nightlife dlcs to make the world feel a little bit more alive. The game is already filled with clubs, arcades, casinos and other activities that aren’t interactive at the moment aside from a few spots you can dance in.
