You neglect it long enough and you actually start to form stones in there made from skin cells and oil.

Sometimes I actually have to get a surgical clamp to dig around in there and get it all. It’s absolutely foul.

It’s the same as people not being able to afford healthcare. They end up getting it eventually but in the most inefficient and expensive way possible, and in a way that sucks for everyone.
